Fostering & Encouraging Growth for All Youth

Mission Statement

Youth Dimensions, Inc. is dedicated to delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to children and adolescents.  We are committed to rebuilding the lives of youth and their families to help them become productive citizens. We maintain the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity. Our primary goal is fostering an environment that encourages personal, cultural, and educational growth to the children and adolescents we serve.

Roderick E. Scott is the founder and Executive Director of Youth Dimensions Inc., a 48-bed residential treatment facility for at-risk males between the ages of 11 and 17 who are in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. The program is housed in the former Raleigh Presbyterian Church.

"The biggest challenge is working with youth who are resistant to change as they are really a product of their environment or society.  The best rewards are when a young man leaves the facility and calls to tell the staff that they are being successful and productive,"
Scott said.
